1. Where does Attire Mew ship?
We ship worldwide to most destinations! Currently, we cannot ship to some remote areas and parts of Asia. If you’re unsure about delivery to your location, feel free to contact us before placing your order.
2. What are my shipping options?
We offer two convenient shipping methods:
  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after 1-2 day processing)
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after 1-2 day processing)

We want you to love your Attire Mew pieces! If anything isn’t perfect, you have 15 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
2. How do I return or exchange an item?

3. How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and international customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
