Our Return Policy
You may return most unworn, unwashed items in their original condition with tags attached within 15 days of receiving your order. Please note:
- All returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
- Items must be in new, unworn condition with original tags attached
- Proof of purchase is required
How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps to return your Attire Mew purchase:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your return request within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
- Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our returns center at the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as you’re responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. The process is the same as our return process – simply indicate in your email that you’d like an exchange rather than a refund.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
- Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Damaged or Defective Items

International Returns
For our customers outside the United States (excluding some Asian and remote regions):
- You are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees
- Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to exchange rate fluctuations
- Please clearly mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
