Shipping Information

We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote regions) with two convenient shipping options:

Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx

  • Order processing: 1-2 business days
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipping

Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS

  • Order processing: 1-2 business days
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipping

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey to you.

Our Return Policy

We want you to love your Attire Mew activewear as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most unworn, unwashed items in their original condition with tags attached within 15 days of receiving your order.

Important Note:

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on bras unless they are defective or incorrect items. This is our only non-returnable product category.

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to return your Attire Mew purchase:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your return request within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our returns center at the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as you’re responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. The process is the same as our return process – simply indicate in your email that you’d like an exchange rather than a refund.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

International Returns

For our customers outside the United States (excluding some Asian and remote regions):
